مرحبًا بك في بزيلا (Bzilla Games). تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيقاتنا وألعابنا على الهواتف المحمولة، بما فيها «كبر عقلك» و«الأرقام المتقاطعة» و«برج هانوي» (يُشار إليها مجتمعة بـ«التطبيقات»)، وموقعنا الإلكتروني bzilla.app. باستخدامك للتطبيقات فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا كنت لا توافق عليها، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيقات.
1. الترخيص
نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا ومحدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيقات على أجهزتك لأغراض الترفيه الشخصية غير التجارية، وفقًا لهذه الشروط وشروط متجر التطبيقات الذي حمّلت منه التطبيق.
2. الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على عدم القيام بما يلي:
- نسخ التطبيقات أو تعديلها أو توزيعها أو بيعها أو تأجيرها.
- الهندسة العكسية للتطبيقات أو محاولة استخراج الشفرة المصدرية، إلا بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.
- استخدام الغش أو برامج الأتمتة أو الثغرات للتلاعب بالنتائج أو قوائم المتصدرين.
- استخدام التطبيقات بأي طريقة غير قانونية أو تضر بالآخرين أو بخدماتنا.
3. المشتريات داخل التطبيق
قد تتيح بعض التطبيقات مشتريات داخل التطبيق. تتم معالجة جميع المدفوعات من خلال Google Play أو App Store وتخضع لشروطهما وسياسات الاسترداد الخاصة بهما. العناصر الافتراضية ليس لها قيمة نقدية حقيقية ولا يمكن استبدالها بالمال.
4. الإعلانات وخدمات الأطراف الثالثة
قد تحتوي التطبيقات على إعلانات أو روابط أو خدمات مقدمة من أطراف ثالثة (مثل Google Play Games أو Apple Game Center). لسنا مسؤولين عن محتوى هذه الخدمات أو ممارساتها، ويخضع استخدامك لها لشروطها الخاصة.
5. الملكية الفكرية
جميع الحقوق في التطبيقات ومحتواها، بما في ذلك الشعارات والرسومات والشخصيات والنصوص والأسئلة، مملوكة لبزيلا أو للجهات المرخِّصة لها، ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية. لا تمنحك هذه الشروط أي حق في استخدام علاماتنا التجارية.
6. إخلاء المسؤولية
يتم تقديم التطبيقات «كما هي» و«حسب توفرها» دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع. لا نضمن أن تعمل التطبيقات دون انقطاع أو أخطاء، أو أن يكون المحتوى دقيقًا أو كاملًا في جميع الأوقات.
7. تحديد المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل بزيلا المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيقات أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامها، بما في ذلك فقدان التقدم في اللعب أو البيانات.
8. التغييرات وإيقاف الخدمة
يجوز لنا تحديث التطبيقات أو تغيير ميزاتها أو إيقافها كليًا أو جزئيًا في أي وقت. كما يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط، وسيتم نشر أي تغييرات على هذه الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيقات بعد التغييرات يعني موافقتك عليها.
9. إنهاء الاستخدام
يجوز لنا تعليق وصولك إلى ميزات التطبيقات أو إنهاؤه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيقات في أي وقت بحذفها من جهازك.
10. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية وتُفسَّر وفقًا لها، وتختص محاكم عمّان بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها، ما لم ينص القانون المعمول به في بلدك على خلاف ذلك.

Welcome to Bzilla Games. These Terms govern your use of our mobile apps and games, including Kabber Aklak (كبر عقلك), Cross Numbers (الأرقام المتقاطعة) and Tower of Hanoi (برج هانوي) (together, the "Apps"), and our website bzilla.app. By using the Apps you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Apps on your devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded the App from.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the Apps.
- Reverse engineer the Apps or attempt to extract their source code, except as permitted by law.
- Use cheats, automation software or exploits to manipulate scores or leaderboards.
- Use the Apps in any way that is unlawful or harms others or our services.
3. In-app purchases
Some Apps may offer in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Ads and third-party services
The Apps may contain ads, links or services provided by third parties (such as Google Play Games or Apple Game Center). We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
5. Intellectual property
All rights in the Apps and their content, including logos, graphics, characters, text and questions, are owned by Bzilla Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks.
6. Disclaimer
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will always be accurate or complete.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bzilla Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Apps, including loss of game progress or data.
8. Changes and discontinuation
We may update, change or discontinue the Apps, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also modify these Terms, and any changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Apps after changes means you accept them.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to features of the Apps if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
